Programme at a Glance

The Award in Performance Management (PM) prepares you to improve organisational performance by developing practical skills in managing people, teams, and workplace performance. It will familiarise you with the practical side of performance management, which entails setting realistic objectives, evaluating performance consistently, and improvement through regular feedback besides building systems that encourage continuous employee development.

You will explore the role of performance management within the overall organisational strategy, examine the theories and models that are used in goal setting and motivation, and learn how to interpret performance data to make informed and evidence-based decisions. You will also get practical knowledge about performance appraisal and feedback techniques that will help you implement performance management practises in a professional setting when working in a supervisory, HR or junior managerial capacity. Upon completion of this programme, you will have a thorough understanding of the principles of performance management and the ability to apply them effectively in real-world workplace settings.

Get Offer Letter

The admission panel will review your application, and Shortlisted applicants will receive an email from the Institute.

Review Student Agreement and Complete Enrolment Payment

Applicants are required to review and sign the applicable student agreement before completing enrolment and payment. The programme fee, payment terms, refund provisions and student obligations shall be communicated clearly before enrolment, in line with MFHEA requirements.
